Chase ColdGuard cooler and freezer doors in swing, Gen II sliding and vertical lift configurations, built on a thermally neutral fiberglass reinforced pultrusion (FRP) framework with extruded plastic polymer casings and a non-CFC foamed-in-place polyurethane core, in 4" and 6" panel thicknesses. Freezer applications add heated frames or perimeter heaters, and a safety release on the inside face opens the door from within even when latched outside.

Installed on walk-in coolers and freezers in hotels, hospitals, supermarkets and food production. The vertical lift version suits openings with little side room or several doors close together, as on a loading dock. The frame heater is what keeps a freezer door serviceable: without it the gasket freezes to the frame, staff force the door, the seal tears within the first season, and the room never holds temperature again.
