Supplied against a design submittal rather than a catalogue sheet, with the engineering calculation forming part of the deliverable.
- Applied in process plants, energy facilities, hangars, testing laboratories and specialist manufacturing where no standard product meets the duty. Because these doors are engineered to order, the opening dimensions, the operating cycle count and the environmental exposure must be fixed early — a change after fabrication starts is a remake, not an adjustment, and it moves the critical path.
