Spiral Duct

- AEROVAC machine-formed spiral round duct and fittings in galvanised, stainless and painted finishes, with rubber-gasketed push-fit or flanged joints, tested to ASTM E283-02 for air leakage. The round section is inherently stiffer than rectangular, so it holds pressure at a lighter gauge and without cross-breaking.
- Used for main runs and risers in car parks, industrial buildings and plant rooms, and left exposed as a finished element in restaurants, retail and offices with open ceilings. Gasketed joints reach a much lower leakage class than a taped rectangular system, which matters directly: duct leakage is fan energy paid for and never delivered to the space, and it is the one loss that no amount of commissioning can recover.
