Electro-thermal Actuators: 2-Point & Proportional Control

- Oventrop electro-thermal actuators with an M 30 x 1.5 connection thread, driving the stem with an electrically heated expansion element — no motor, no gears, silent in operation. 24 V AC/DC and 230 V versions, normally closed (2- and 4-wire) and normally open (2-wire): 250 mA start-up for up to 2 minutes then 75 mA running, 4.5 mm piston stroke, over 90 N closing force, about 3 minutes to open or close.
- The standard actuator on fan coil, underfloor heating manifold and radiator valve bodies in residential and hotel work, where silence in the occupied space decides the selection. The "first-open" function ships the normally closed models open with the current off, so the heating system can run during construction before the control wiring exists
- it releases automatically once the actuator has been powered for more than six minutes.
