Perforated Galvanized Iron

- Perforated galvanised sheet in round, square and slotted hole patterns, specified by hole size, pitch and the resulting open area. Open area drives both the acoustic performance and the airflow resistance, so it is the number that has to be stated.
- Forms the facing over acoustic infill in duct silencers, AHU casings, acoustic enclosures and lined plenums, holding the media in place while letting sound reach it. Also used for equipment guards, ventilation screens and architectural panels where air must pass and the fill must not escape.
