PHT delivers engineering as part of the Arabian Contractors Company (ACC) Group, which brings the industry experience and the resource network that complex work across several regions needs. The disciplines sit in one office, so a project is not handed between three of them.
The work covers construction and industrial projects, and we join at whatever stage you have reached: a feasibility question, a cost that needs taking apart, a concept that needs designing, or a detailed package that has to be ready for construction.

Pretender
Before the bid goes out: buildability read against the drawings, budget sense-checked, and the technical questions raised while the design can still change cheaply.
Deliverables
What the office delivers
Four packages. Each one is a document set you can hand to a consultant, a contractor or a board.
- FSFeasibility studies
- Market and technical research into whether the project stands up, ending in a recommendation rather than a set of options.
- VEValue engineering
- Cost taken apart component by component and rebuilt against current market rates, so the specification buys what it is meant to buy.
- BEDBasic engineering design
- Preliminary design, plant layout, equipment selection and a first cost estimate — enough to commit to a direction.
- DEDDetailed engineering design
- Engineering drawings, specifications and material take-offs at the level the site actually builds from.

PHT's own technical office, backed by the Arabian Contractors Company (ACC) Group it belongs to. The engagement, the programme and the point of contact all sit with PHT.
Any of them. The earlier the better for feasibility and value engineering, where a decision still costs nothing to change — but a detailed design package can be picked up from an existing concept just as well.
