Solar Energy Systems for Central Heating & Potable Water Applications
About
- Oventrop "Regusol" solar thermal stations, Regusol-180 in DN 25 and Regusol SH-180 in DN 32, plus the Regusol X-Duo separating-system station, supplied as a pre-assembled pump group with high-efficiency PWM circulator, safety group, flow meter, air separator and controller. A matching "Regusol FSA" filling and flushing station charges and de-aerates the glycol primary.
Application
Applied to hotels, labour accommodation, hospitals and villas across the Gulf and North Africa, where high irradiance and a large steady hot water demand give the shortest payback. The controller runs the primary pump on the collector-to-store temperature difference and protects the array against stagnation and frost
the solar circuit preheats the storage cylinder and the existing boiler or electric heater only tops up the difference, so the system integrates with plant already installed.
Standards & Reference 6 cited
EN 12975-1
The European standard for solar thermal collectors, covering both the general requirements and the thermal performance test behind a collector's declared output.
EN 12975-2
The European standard for solar thermal collectors, covering both the general requirements and the thermal performance test behind a collector's declared output.
EN 12976-1
Factory-made solar heating systems as complete packages, tested as a system rather than collector by collector.
EN 12976-2
Factory-made solar heating systems as complete packages, tested as a system rather than collector by collector.
EN 12977
Custom-built solar heating systems, for installations assembled to a specific design rather than supplied as a package.
Solar Keymark
The European third-party certification mark for solar thermal products, and the usual precondition for incentive schemes.
