- Locksets, cylinders and keying systems available in both ANSI and EN configurations from a single supply chain, so one project can cover openings specified to either code. Useful wherever an international operator's standard and the local code do not agree, which on Gulf hospitality work is the normal case rather than the exception.
- Common on hotel and mixed-use projects where the operator specifies ANSI hardware for guest rooms while the base building is designed to EN, and on refurbishments where existing frames are prepared for one standard and new doors for the other. Supplying both from one source is what keeps the keying system unified across the whole building instead of splitting it in two.
