- there is no powered operator and no latch to maintain.
- Fitted on high-traffic internal openings in warehouses, food plants, supermarkets and production areas where forklifts and pallet trucks pass constantly. They keep conditioned or clean air zones separated without ever being propped open — which is the failure mode of any door that has to be operated by hand on a busy route, and the reason a powered door on the same opening ends up disabled within a year.
