- Schneider iEM and PowerLogic PM2000 / EasyLogic series DIN-rail kWh meters for sub-billing and consumption monitoring on single- and three-phase circuits. Direct-connected or CT-operated versions provide a pulse output or Modbus link so consumption can be logged by tenant, floor or plant item.
- Installed in tenant distribution boards, landlord panels and plant room feeders where consumption has to be split between parties or tracked per system. The pulse or Modbus output feeds a BMS or energy management platform, making them the first step in an ISO 50001 measurement plan without the cost of full multifunction metering at every point.
