Mechanical Locks ANSI Standards

- Allegion cylindrical, mortise and interconnected locksets to ANSI/BHMA grades 1, 2 and 3 — principally Schlage, with Falcon covering the value tier — supplied with interchangeable cores and full master keying. Grade 1 is tested to a million cycles and is the only grade specified for institutional traffic.
- Specified on North American standard projects and by consultants working to US codes — hospitals, schools, airports and hotels across the Gulf. The keying schedule is the deliverable that matters most: master, grand master and construction keying have to be set before the cylinders are cut, because rekeying a completed building is a project of its own and is never in anyone's budget.
