Sound Absorbers & Noise Barrier Composites

- Barrier/absorber composite panels bonding an absorptive quilted fiberglass or foam face to a limp mass septum, so one product absorbs the sound on the source side and blocks what remains. Facings include reinforced aluminium foil, perforated metal and cleanable film for wet or hygienic areas.
- Lined inside generator and pump enclosures, plant room walls, compressor housings and machine guards, and used as pipe and duct lagging. The composite build is what allows a thin lining to work: mass alone reflects the noise back into the enclosure and raises the internal level, which is why a barrier-only lining often makes the operator's position worse while improving the reading outside.
