- Kinetics IsoMax sound isolation wall clips and resilient channel systems that break the mechanical path through a partition or an existing masonry wall. Adding mass alone rarely works — the measurable gain comes from decoupling the two leaves and damping the cavity, which is what the clip-and-channel lining does.
- Applied to party walls between apartments and hotel rooms, around plant rooms, lift shafts and generator rooms, and in studio and conference room construction. Clip-and-channel linings are the usual retrofit answer where an existing wall must be improved without losing floor area or rebuilding structure — the clip adds roughly 25 mm to the wall instead of a second stud line.
