Domestic fans
About
- Domestic bathroom, kitchen and window fans with timer, humidistat and pull-cord options, selected on the flow rate the room actually requires rather than on the fan's free-air rating. Low sound power is a specification item here, not an upgrade, a fan the occupant finds loud is a fan the occupant switches off.
Application
Installed in apartments, villas and hotel bathrooms to meet the code ventilation rate and to clear moisture before it condenses. A humidistat model that runs on after the shower is what actually stops mould in an internal bathroom, a manual fan wired to the light switch stops the moment the occupant leaves, which is before the moisture has gone anywhere.
